CSS 201 - Web Layouts Using CSS

Description

This course teaches the use of cascading stylesheets to control page layouts using DIV containers. The main topics in this course are

  • Use of Floats
  • The Box Model
  • Basic DIV Positioning
  • Common Layouts
  • Creating Menus using CSS
  • Browser Issues

This is an advanced course and prior knowledge of HTML, DIV containers and CSS skills are necessary.

Pre-Requisites

  • Basic (X)HTML Structure
  • Constructing style rules
  • Applying styles (external, embedded, inline)
  • Formatting with styles

This course runs for one (1) day (9:00am - 5:00pm, including assessment)
