About Support Services
Once your site is live, you may wish Squiz to provide ongoing support services such as software upgrades, 24x7 emergency support, a single point of contact and priority help desk access with response time and uptime guarantees.

Service Level Agreements
Squiz provides support services under a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which is a formal agreement between yourself and Squiz, chosen to meet your particular requirements for the support of your MySource Matrix system.
Professional Services
You may also wish to purchase additional professional services from Squiz after your site has gone live - for example, you may wish to create a design customisation and apply it to a section of your site, or add a new listing page etc. You can purchase any of Squiz's professional services using a Support Pack, which is a pre-paid discounted bundle of Squiz time.
Hosting
Squiz can host and manage your MySource Matrix system and servers at a state of the art hosting facility on your behalf. Squiz can also rent or sell you the appropriate hardware as part of any hosting agreement.
About the Support Team
Squiz’s Support Division is an experienced and dedicated team of support technicians and system administrators, based in Hobart and providing services to clients Australia-wide.
Squiz’s standard Help Desk Support services are available during business hours, 8:30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding national public holidays). 24x7 support is also available under our higher level service level agreements.
